XII LAKE FISH FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL

The "Garda con Gusto" wine and food festival aims at enhancing and promoting typical local produce and culinary tradition of the Garda Lake area. In the last years, tourism has gone through a significant transformation: experiential tourism has progressively replaced mass tourism, prioritising knowledge, interaction and authenticity. In this context, the festival intends to be at once: a food lab as well as an opportunity to discover and appreciate authentic Garda lake taste through menus selected by the participating restaurants.  From 6th to 31st May 2025, all good food lovers have the opportunity to taste menus dedicated to local Garda lake tradition, with dishes highlighting local specialities.  "Garda con Gusto" festival aims to achieve the following:

  • To promote local restaurants, enhancing a healthy and genuine food culture that includes taste and creativity.
  • To give visibility to local produce, favouring the use of those ingredients in the menus of all participating restaurants.
  • To create a unique experience for tourists and residents alike, inviting them to discover the authentic tastes of Garda lake tradition in a welcoming and exquisite environment.
